Process Overview
Phase 1 - Remove Affected Items
Once we are familiar with the residence and have a finalized quote our client is happy with, our first stage is to begin removing and disposing of items that are beyond repair. This stage typically takes a few hours to a day, depending on the amount and type of items, and the accessibility of the residence.
Phase 2 - Deep Clean
Once the affected items are removed, we move into the second phase with a deep cleaning. This includes disinfecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the affected residence. Every case is unique, but this typically takes a few hours to a day or more depending on the severity of the biohazards and difficulty in cleaning.
Phase 3 - Ancillary Services
If our client wants to enhance the now clean and empty residence, we offer a third phase of services including carpet cleaning and painting. We strongly recommend this if you are planning on listing the home for sale and want to maximize its value at minimal cost.
