
Estate Organization, Removal, and Cleaning
Transitioning an estate is a highly emotional and challenging time for family and friends. We understand this and aim to ease this burden by working efficiently and compassionately. The first major priority is organizing, separating, and categorizing items that are to be kept by family members. We collaborate closely with the executor and/or family to ensure that all important items are accounted for and prepared for storage or delivery. We have extensive experience in locating key items that are missing or unaccounted for. Once we have completed this, we begin removing all unwanted items and clearing the residence. The following phase is a deep cleaning to prepare the house for sale, rental, or repossession. We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, Guelph, and the surrounding areas. We work directly with insurance companies if our services are covered by your home insurance.

Process Overview
Phase 1 - Organize and Remove
Once we are acquainted with the residence and have a finalized quote our client is happy with, our first phase is to begin organizing and categorizing items to be kept and dispose all other items. We also locate any important items that are requested by our client. This stage can take anywhere from a day to over a week, depending on the size of the residence, amount and type of items, and the accessibility of the residence.
Phase 2 - Deep Clean
Once valuables are organized and stored and the residence is cleared of all other unwanted items, we move into the second phase with a deep cleaning. This includes disinfecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the affected residence. Each situation is unique, and this stage can take a few hours to a day or more depending on the size of the residence and the amount of cleaning necessary.
Phase 3 - Ancillary Services
If our client wants to enhance the now clean and empty residence, we offer a third phase of services including carpet cleaning and painting. We strongly recommend this if you are planning on listing the home for sale and want to maximize its value at minimal cost.
