Process Overview
Phase 1 - Organize and Remove
Once we are acquainted with the residence and have a finalized quote our client is happy with, our first stage is to begin organizing and categorizing items to be kept or disposed. This stage can take anywhere from a day to over a week, depending on the size of the residence, amount and type of items, and the accessibility of the residence.
Phase 2 - Deep Clean
Once valuables are organized and stored and the residence is cleared of all other unwanted items, we proceed with the second phase with a deep cleaning. This includes disinfecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the affected residence. Each situation is unique, and this stage can take a few hours to a day or more depending on the size of the residence and the amount of cleaning necessary.
Phase 3 - Ancillary Services
If our client wants to enhance the now clean and empty residence, we offer a third phase of services including carpet cleaning and painting. We strongly recommend this if you are planning on listing the home for sale and want to maximize its value at minimal cost.
