We work with individuals and corporations that are repossessing residences formerly occupied by squatters, drug users, or that have undergone a police eviction or foreclosure.  These residences often contain biohazards, sharps, and gross filth alongside abandoned furniture, garbage, and waste. Our team is responsible for the complete removal, cleaning, and sanitizing of the entire residence. On occasion we have had clients who are looking to renovate spaces that are in poor condition or that have been damaged from fire or water such as the kitchen, bathroom, or the basement. Our team is able to demolish and remove items concurrently as we work through clearing and cleaning the property.
